I was very fortunate to have Victorian Finance handle the refinance of my home. We had spoken to several places, but after analyzing a lot of the other places hidden fees we ultimately liked how upfront, honest, and caring Victorian was. Amy laid out so many options we could choose from, and really helped guide us the entire process. We were super happy to not only cut our mortgage length in half, but to pay less per month as well! I would definitely recommend to a friend!

We have been working with Amy and her team over the years, for multiple mortgage and refinancing needs. They have been able to provide the best options for mortgage, every single time. You would always get regular updates on the entire process, as things keep progressing, and they are very flexible to work with your schedule and timelines (as it happened with me many a times). Amy makes sure that the mortgage that you end up opting for, is the one that works best for you (and not just their business). She is extremely knowledgable, and I have never ever had a reason to question her judgement or abilities; she can immediately remove any fluff that you might come across elsewhere. As a former manager and business professional, I can attest that Amy is highly professional and very knowledgeable of every aspect of loan processing. Amy has successfully processed several residential loans for my real estate investment portfolio. At every stage of the loans, she has answered all my questions regarding interest rate, loan terms processing and title closing fees.
