My sister referred me to Victoria and Don Baker (the dynamic duo). Let me tell you, she is a genius when it comes to her craft. I had absolutely no clue as to what I was doing or about to get into buying the home. They made the process so and stressless. The most amazing part of it all is, Victoria is ALWAYS… ALWAYS available for whatever you throw at her. Everyone I know I refer them and I wouldn’t work with anyone else. If youre looking for a lender, Victoria is the best person for the job. My husband and I just completed our second home purchase (both with the help of Victoria at Southwest Funding) and Victoria really helped us in so many ways: Collecting all necessary documents for the process, understanding the different items needed, why they were needed, what our options were, etc. She is extremely responsive and great to work with. I couldnt recommend her enough.

I have worked with Victoria for many years. She is very diligent when pre approving Buyers which minimizes surprises during the home purchasing process. I know when I have a Buyer using her to secure their mortgage that I do not have to worry about anything. Using the services of a local known loan officer goes a long way when Buyers are competing as well. I highly recommend Victoria Baker for mortgage services.
