I would rate Chris Haliburton, my loan officer, 5 stars, but as this is for the mortgage company itself, I cant do so.Chris was great, especially for a first time home buyer. He was always available via email or phone, and patiently answered every question I had (which was a lot).My only hesitation in recommending Chris is the company he works for: Verity Mortgage ultimately dropped the ball at the very end, and caused closing to be delayed, but my case was fairly unique.I recommend Chris without hesitation, and I recommend Verity with some minor reservations.

Chris Halliburton is the absolute best. When I expressed what my needs were in terms of financing, he was diligent in preparing different options in a timely manner. He was always available to listen to any concerns and answer my questions because the process can be and usually is tedious. Chris will take good care of you. He is the one you want there from beginning to end, hands down.I am so grateful for his expertise and help.
