Ava is an excellent Loan Officer! She is very nice person to work with. She has good skills and knowledge about the companys products. Very quick response and turn around time. She always keep me update on the process of the loan. We had a great result in very short time. I am willing to work with her again and I will refer her more clients in the near future. My 2nd project with Verity mortgage and I appreciate that they do what they say they would do. Smooth closing process, they give you rehab funds ahead of your project so you have capital to start with. The appraisal process is fair. There has been a team turnover recently, despite that, I highly recommend them
