Overall Kim and her team were quick with the short time they had to get us approved. the job was done and we are thankful. She kept me in the loop always and made sure we did not go over the monthly amount we wanted to pay for the mortgage by being realistic with our budget. This was our second time using Venture lending and it was what we expected from the previous purchase! Thanks again!

This is the second time I have worked with Kim at Venture Lending Group, first time was facilitating an effortless refinance and recently was a purchase as everything was slowing down due to COVID-19. After unreasonable requests from another lender, Kim and Kristen came to my rescue and met a very tight timeline to close on time. I could go on and on about how responsive, accommodating, and patient they were in dealing with hurdles that came up, especially those that no one had faced before. If you are looking for a lender who truely partners with you to reach your lending goals, give them a call!
