With interest rates constantly going up it was amazing to have someone on my side working so hard to find solutions to keep our payment in our budget. Anna my loan officer was GREAT!!!. Anna always returned my calls and texted the same day and there was a lot of them. She could not have been better. With the credit for our builder they gave us the best rate by a .25 point and best cost to close by $2500 and I shopped 6 differed lenders. Make sure to get your final cost to close 2 days before your closing date to give you time to wire your funds. I got mine at 230 pm the day before I was scheduled to close at 9 am.

I knew it was a God send when my husband retrieved the business card from Rausch Coleman and then days later I spoke with Tessie Rush. Everything moved so smoothly and efficiently and in a timely fashion. I love this company and this woman. Ms. Rush had my approval letter and information back so quick my head almost spent. I must say that everyone I dealt with made the experience less stressful. I did have maybe three frustrated points but from January 30, 2021-June 29,2021, but the process was worth it and not bad or daunting like people say about the process. I enjoyed it and had no feelings of overwhelming concern for me just an easy first time home buyers process and I’d do it all over again with this group. No anxiousness and no regrets.

My experience was pretty easy and simple but i also was prepared too i had all my information in order and that made everything go smoothly. Only thing id add is that on certain situations that there is better instructions on what information is acceptable and what is not so that there isnt any confusion. They get 5 stars from me. My officer was Brandon Burkhardt. I will definitely say that Velocio does an excellent job walking a first time home buyer through the process. I had A LOT of questions. This is not an exaggeration. Brandon was very patient walking me through rates and down payment scenarios. I am person that needs the facts. He gave those to me. He gave me assurance. Melissa Martinez was loan processor. She made the document verification process easy. She always contacted me within 15 seconds of sending an email. That is not a joke statement haha! Lastly was Jonathan Seal, a manager I believe. He finished helping me lock in my rate. He even introduced me to lump sum PMI payments at closing to reduce monthly payments! All in all Velocio was a great company for me to utilize. I have a friend going through his first time home buyer process and the things Im seeing.... I definitely had it made with Velocio. Thanks

As the closing date drew near, she gave outlooks for locking the rate early vs floating. In short, I was always given thorough explanations prior to having to send in documentation or make major financial decisions, which made getting my mortgage with Windy a breeze.
