Ms. Daniela Venegas, Banking Center Manager in Laredo, TX provided excellent customer services. She responded quickly to my call and had all the documents ready for our signature within a day of our request. She was very professional and provided excellent customer services. We made some updates and she had the documents prepared immediately for our signature. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable of banks guidelines. We enjoyed doing business with Vantage Bank especially with the attention we received from Ms. Daniela Venegas.

Great customer service! Been banking with them for years and always very professional. Alice Villanueva is the branch manager is very professional. The team is also always very helpful, Val, Bekah, Mabeeli, Fernanda and Janeth are amazing!
