The employees at my bank are incredibly nice and attentive! They treat you like a human being and not just another account number. Sure theyre the only bank in town, but they do not take that for granted and strive to get the best experience for their members. Regardless of the amount of money you have in your account, youre number one to them! -

Left the big corporate banks long ago, local banking is much more personal. I can call to the branch and take care of anything I need to. Also pleased that mobile deposit is now available as well as depositing at the ATM. Fraud protection is great, Ive been called several times to confirm transactions before they were processed. Im happy and glad I made the switch. -

Value Bank in Orange Grove has given me excellent service over the years.From the tellers to the president have helped me along the way from setting up accounts to volunteering for school functions, to helping raise money. They are a home town bank, not because they live here, because they care. -
