I have been banking with the Ingleside branch since the beginning of 2017. The staff here have been so awesome! They have made me feel like family with the care and kindness that they give! Whether at the window or in the lobby, I always come in to a warm smile and welcome! I know that they have my best interest in mind! I look forward to many more years of banking with them! A big thank you to the ladies at the Value Bank Texas Ingleside branch! Yall are awesome!!!

The Ingleside branch really help me after I over reattached about charges being made to my account. The Branch Manager Celina Jones sat me down and went through everything to resolve the issues I had with my account and explained everything. This bank offers international, large/scale products with a small town, family-owned kind of customer service. Their products and offers tend to beat the market.Additionally, in spite of their operation being smaller when compared to the usual international banks (e.g., Chase, Bank of America) they always strive to be up to date in technology and security measures.Excellent institution overall.
