Other lenders seemed to smell blood in the water, and one that claims to be the quickest had some real car-salesmen turned mortgage lender personalities that tried to take advantage of me at every turn.     As a first time home buyer I can say that I enjoyed every second of the loan process. My team was great! Ronnie and Sandy made sure to answer any questions that would come up. They made it seem as if they were also the ones purchasing the home. It did not matter the day or time they were just a phone call, email or text away. Ronnie was very honest when it came for us to make decisions he always looked out for what was best for us. He made sure to answer all of my questions and kept us safe. Sandy my go to person she was my when in doubt call Sandy. Amazing person! She had so much pacience with me. Melissa although far away from us she made sure all of our paperwork was being turned in. As far as my agent Hector he put up with my constant phone calls. All of them worked fast and efficient. It seemed as if we were a family and they were looking out for us. I was a bit scared and nervous starting this process due to other peoples past experiences they warned me in how stressful the process would be. They were wrong! Academy Mortgage made this first time experience smooth and stress free.
