    James was an outstanding individual explaining the process from start to finish with the home application process. With being a relocation out of the state of Indiana there were a number of differences with the home buying process. James patiently walked me through each step of the process. With each new question came a new hurdle that James had to overcome. His knowledge of credit reporting and the process involved was amazing to help overcome the burden of my own personal credit score. As the process neared an end, there seemed to be even more questions from myself that had to be explained maybe at least two times before it actually clicked, patiently James got me through that also.     We had an incredible experience working with James Ricks and Upward Home Loans. Literally from start to finish, James was punctual and always available. He stuck to every timeline and proved to be flexible when we wanted our closing moved up a day. He was able to answer any and all questions and followed up on every email and phone call. This was our 2nd home buying experience and it could not have been easier with James and the team.     I first met James when he represented the buyer of one of my listings (in other words, he was the lender for the OTHER side). I was impressed enough with him that I met with him afterwards, got to know him, and now mention him to anyone I know who is in need of a home loan. He has met with clients of mine who turn out to be years away from actually being ready and he helps them see the path they can take to be able to get pre-approved and then stays in touch with them. So much information, duplication, refaxing, unanswered calls and emails. I felt like I had been raked over the coals after it was done. So when interest rates dropped to record levels this year, I hated thinking of doing this all over again.Im so happy to have learned about Upward Home Loans. James set up a call with me, walked me thru the process and stated that this would take 45 days.
