    Thank you FCACU for having two fantastic ladies. Christal helped me with a problem that had been ongoing since my mother in law passed 9-8-18. in fact, other employees had not helped. Christal got the job done ASAP, while I was talking to her on the phone and left my papers at the desk for me to pick up. Kudos to the front desk lady 3-5-18. Sorry, I dont recall her name :( Please KEEP these two helpful wonderful ladies. I think I love my FCACU again....

    In less than 24 hrs that I had applied for a loan not only was I called that morning, I very simply, completed the process and talked through it with Richard and surprisingly had everything taken care of for me practically while I was at work, quickly changed my view on this bank to very positive.
