    My husband and I have been with UTCU for almost 8 years. Mr. Martinez has always been a huge help to us with anything we’ve needed. He’s set up 3 vehicle loans for us. He always promptly answers the phone and responds to our emails. When I go in person he greets us by name. I always tell my husband that he makes it feel like we live in a small town.     The staff at this branch is very friendly and professional. They always greet you even if they are with a customer. Ive been with different banks in the past where I have sat there , waited for someone to at least acknowledge me. Ive left banks because of the lack of acknowledgement and poor customer service. UTXCU has always been on top of things and always provide the best customer service hands ✋️ 🙌 👏 down.Want a great bank with great people? I highly recommend UTXCU!

    Adolfo and the whole team at 1604 and Braun st are so helpful and very sweet, most important; they are very professional.     Adolpho Martinez, branch manager at the Braun branch, is amazing. I have been a member for many, many years and have always experienced excellent service. But Mr. Martinez recently went way beyond what I expected. He contacted third parties directly on my behalf to speed up the process on my most recent car loan. He always responses promptly to my calls or emails. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mr. Martinez and the whole staff at UTCU, Braun Branch. if you are looking for a credit union where you are treated well and given individual attention, I highly recommend UTCU.

    This was my first experience opening up a small business account. I chose United Texas Credit Union due to my past experience in opening up a personal checking account with them. The staff always has smiles on their faces. They are efficient in what they do. Whether its a transaction, opening up accounts, or helping me with my banking needs. I never feel rushed and if I am in a rush they help send me on my way! I really recommend UTCU for ALL your banking needs. Next, is to apply for a car loan!! I just adore this Credit Union.

    I have had an account at United Texas Credit Union for more than twenty years. Their service is undeniably excellent. I was able to work directly the branch manager, Mr. Martinez. Excellent customer service, patience and responded to email in the timely manner. Its very difficulty to find an institution that will take time to look over your need. I would highly recommend this credit union versus other larger credit unions. All of his staff were pleasant and professional.

    Unfortunately, I had some fraudulent activity on my account and had to close it. I went to the Braun UTCU branch to close my account. Marcy Trevino was the representative who assisted me with closing my current account and reopening a new account. She was very efficient handling all the necessary transactions, very patient with me as I was rather upset by the events and took time to answer all my questions. Ms. Trevinos professional manner and friendly service was truly appreciated.I have been with UTXCU for over 10 years. I would recommend them highly for anyone wishing to open a banking account. The service at all branches I have used has been efficient, quick and friendly.Thank you UTXCU!

    Ive been a member with the United Texas Credit Union for about 6 years now. The staff is very friendly and efficient in regards to how fast they can expedite financial procedures you require. If youre looking for any kind of financial assistance Id recommend giving them a call or stopping by in person. They really do try and give you the best service for your needs.

    I rarely have to go to a United Texas branch, but when I do, this is my branch of choice, because the staff at this location are always extremely friendly and helpful. Today they went above and beyond to help me get new checks with some flair. They took the extra time to show me what checks they offered, so I didn’t have to use a (less secure) 3rd party online website. In addition to checks, they ordered me a replacement card, and assisted me in making a withdrawal. I’ve stayed with United Texas because they offer fast (in & out in under 20 minutes), personalized service, they resolve issues quickly, and their customer service is exceptional.

    I am so happy that I chose UTXCU as my bank and more specifically, thankful for the service received at this location. I trust this office with my money and financial advice. Theyve made everything easy, polite, yet represent the friendly service that Texas is known for. When I had my identity compromised they were able to switch my accounts with limiting the amount of work that I had to personally put in. When I refinanced my car through them I received not only a great interest rate but great financial advice and direction as well. If youd like to keep a big bank do so but Id suggest making UTXCU as your main banking account. This location is absolutely the best in customer service!

    Since 2012 I have been a member with the United Texas Credit Union (UTCU). As a Business Owner, I often noticed quality customer service, in all industries, is becoming a rare commodity. At the UTCU Northwest Branch (Braun Office) genuine quality customer service is prevalent and thriving and is further accentuated with staff professionalism; Ms. Marcy Trevino, Operations Supervisor and Mr. Adolfo Martinez, UTCU Branch Manager. As proof of the Northwest Branch professional customer service, I will share my recent bad dealership car purchase experience. This May 2022, I purchased and financed a car from a dealership. After the purchase, I recognized that I blundered! I then visited with the UTCU Branch Manager, Mr. Adolfo Martinez, for advice. He provided solutions and took action to minimize my “projected” financial lost. With his tutelage and my consent, the car was refinanced. He recommended I purchased the UTCU Multi-Shield Protection Package instead of the dealership protection package. Mr. Martinez suggestion saved me $4663.00. With the combined savings of $4663.00 and a low interest rate resulted a total projected savings of $12,600.00. The impact of his tutelage, experience and wisdom is lifelong which I now share with my family and UTCU referrals.     Love the service provided at the location, and the bank system is top notch, especially on the security side. I recently almost lost close to ninety bucks on a fake website for shoes, but their fraud department cancelled the transaction most likely the moment i pushed the buy button and before it was approved, they then proceeded to notify me not even a minute afterwards. Needless to say, this is trustworthy bank to use and i recommend it!

    5-25-21: My debit card info was somehow stolen online (I check my UTCU account daily). Noticed today an unauthorized charge from a company that I have never heard of before ...Called the Home Office phone number and spoke with KENDRA who was extremely helpful and called me back after further research. She confirmed that the local branch a mile from me (Braun/1604) could provide me with an instant issue replacement debit card -- she also cancelled my compromised debit card.I called the Branch office and spoke with teller JESSICA and advised was on the way to replace my debit card. When I arrived, she had my account info ready and provided me with a REPLACEMENT CARD in less than 10 minutes from when I walked in the door. KUDOS and BRAVO to KENDRA and JESSICA! Thank you!
