    We needed a notary and although most banks offer notary services, it comes with a fee. Today we met with Reyna at the branch on Louis Pasteur. Second time I have an opportunity to meet with her at this location. She’s always so pleasant! She’s kind, she is always smiling and she is ready to help! She is definitely a face you would like to greet you! Thank you Reyna for your service, thank you for your professionalism and for being above wonderful in what you do!

    I’ve been a member of United Texas Credit Union for 7 years. I have over 14 business accounts and I plan on opening 3 more accounts. The staff, Surgani, Reyna, Brittany, Michelle, are always friendly, professional and genuinely invested in helping me achieve my financial goals. One area of improvement is the overdraft process compared to other institutions. Because other banks gives me until 5 PM to deposit or transfer before they charge me overdraft fees. Overall I highly recommend this credit union!

    Member for over 20 years. Went in to open a new account for my grandson an hour before closing not realizing the holiday schedule. Ms Reyna gladly helped with no hesitation. She was so kind and a pleasure to work with.

    We have visited the branch multiple times, each time we have dealt with Michelle Longoria. She has consistently been very attentive to our banking needs. She was friendly, professional, helpful, and always delivers excellent customer service. She is definitely an asset to United Texas Credit Union.

    Surangika was already busy tending to two otherCustomers when I arrived. She assured me I would be attended to momentarily. She attended to those ahead of me with attentiveness and professionalism. Her tasks required her to move about the entire lobby, asking managers questions going to back rooms, letting the drive thru customer who just pulled up know that they would be helped in just a moment. All the while remaining calm. When my turn arose, I informed her I needed a new debit card as the echip on my card was faulty. She was knowledgeable, efficient and more importantly she was kind. It took a few moments for the new card to print, but I was offered water, coffee, even a cupcake while I waited. All told I was in the Medical branch all of 15 minutes and it was a very pleasant experience. Surangika was the main reason for this. She is an asset to the branch and to United Texas as a whole.

    Let me start by saying, Lisa is fantastic! I purchased a new vehicle and got talked into purchasing all kinds of things I didn’t need which caused my payment to go up tremendously. The dealer refused to cancel all the extras even though it was an option per the paperwork. Lisa at United Texas CU was able to assist me in getting everything canceled and money returned. I refinanced with UTCU and was very satisfied with how easy the process was. They were able to accommodate virtually and have local offices to work with. Thank you Lisa Rakus for the fantastic work and time you took to help me.

    Always very professional, very friendly and helpful. Hubby and I have been members since 1983/1984. We have our grown adult children as members as well.     I have been a member of this credit union for many years and through several name changes and still extremely happy with their service. I will only get my cars financed through them as they have very competitive rates and the loan officers are extremely responsive and helpful. I trust the loan officers than the car salesmen! Gordon Chin has helped me with financing several of my vehicles. He is always so helpful and gives me tips and dos and donts while at the dealership. They care about you as a member and customer!     The United Texas Credit Union has been my Go To financial institution for more than 30 years. It has provided financing for my personal loans, credit card and vehicles. This year the credit now helped my with refinancing my home. Lisa Rakus, loan officer, was incredible with helping me through the refinancing process and was the consummate professional.     Ive been a member of UTCU for as long as I can remember. I met Beverley Vidaurri a couple of years ago and she has been my life saver. If I had any questions regarding my account, she was there with the answers. If you need an advisor Beverley is always willing to help by giving options as to what can be done. My daughter moved to Arkansas and I have been lost. She is always wanting something and Beverley helps me get it for her. All I had to do was call, make an appointment and she always greeted me with a smile and compassion. I would be crying my heart out and she was there holding me up. I dont know what I would do without Beverley. She represents the Credit Union in the most positive way Ive ever seen. I cant thank Beverley enough for what she has done for me. She is truly a remarkable person, one of a kind. As a matter of fact I think she has rubbed off on her fellow associates because they are all so knowledgeable and courteous! Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the young ladies working but on this hot day while I was waiting for the bus I had gotten sick so I went into the building in hopes to used the restroom & get some air & the wonderful ladies helped me & offered me water & allowed me to wait inside for the bus I will forever be grateful

    Love this bank and the people that work off of louis pastor in san Antonio tx.
