I chose this location and credit union initially based upon the Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend doing business with this branch and credit union. I really enjoyed the excellent customer service I received from Natalie throughout the entire process of becoming a member and refinancing a car. The credit union offers many different products so I definitely plan on utilizing more services in the near future, plus they have amazing rates (the best I could find).The branch is located in a convenient location, is very clean, and has a very personal feel to it. Its never been crowded when Ive gone, but its usually during mid day. Definitely check them out and consider giving them your business like I did! -

Everyone at this location is excellent. Especially Francheska she is always able to match my financial needs with the correct financial product. I feel like a member and not a customer. We moved to UTXCU from a Credit Union up the road that has grown too big, too fast. We are so happy with UTXCU. -

Shortly after applying to be a member online, I received a phone call from First Class American to come in. I stopped by and ended up asking about applying for an auto loan. At first, I was very hesitant about applying because I didn’t have a great experience at a different credit union. Their staff happily assisted me throughout the entire process, making it feel so easy! Great customer service here! Highly recommend. -

Natalie was a jewel! Very helpful and went above anf beyond the call of duty. She carries herself in a way that you really believe that she believes in putting customers first! I gave 4 stars though, as the loan process was unbelievably long compared to any other loan Ive ever taken out previously. They really need to find a way to expedite the process as thats a place you can lose customers. -

I had decided to check out FCACU a week ago because the location is handy to our office. The financial services rep, Natalie Brown, was so helpful & courteous! She had thoroughly explained the various account features in understandable terms--taking time to answer each of my questions. Needless to say, I had applied for membership right away; and, have since opened new accounts. There are other credit unions in the area (also handy to our office)--so, I can honestly share that meeting Natalie this month was the deciding factor for my becoming a new FCACU member. -
