I’ve been to most of the branches, and even though I can only say that I’ve ever had like 1 bad experience at any of the branches, I must say that the people that work at this location are exceedingly nice. For any reason that I have to go here, whoever helps me does a good job and is usually very polite, we’ll exchange jokes, strike up a conversation, whatever, I always have a good experience here.I’m specifically writing this review because of my experience the other day. I needed to get a money order to pay my rent, I was really frustrated and I was in a hurry. The lady that helped me was so polite, was very quick, and took the time to tell me that a cashiers check would be better suited for the situation. I left feeling much less stressed, and it really made a huge difference in how the entire situation affected me. -

I worked with Daniel Duprey on getting a auto loan and I just wanted to say it was a painless process. UHCU gave me the best rate in town and the amount I wanted. Worked with Daniel the whole time and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. The dealership didnt accept a Bank draft so Daniel was able to get me a check in one day. The whole process was done online and the only time I stepped into a bank was to pick up the check. Def recommend working with Daniel. They also have the best price in GAP, 10yr 100,000 miles warranty, and I also added the 5 year Tire, Wheel, Windshield protection plan. I have 5 years of not worrying about spending money out of pocket for my vehicle. Def recommend! -

Mike was excellent and efficient with handling the refinancing of my 6 month old car, he was easy to visit with, very responsive to my emails, thorough with explaining the process along with giving great rates and terms.It was wrapped up in a matter of days, I was amazed at how quick and simple the process was and sad that I procrastinated over it for so long, could have saved even more money! -

I dont bank with heritage although I do have account with a shared branch. I had rolled coins that I wanted turned into bills, and the teller directed me to a machine. The machine was very accurate and did not charge me a fee. The teller was very knowledgeable about shared branch operations and the experiamce made me feel as if I was a customer of heritage. -

I have been a customer for UHCU for about 3 years and I love the convenience they offer. My actual bank is in San Antonio, but with shared banking that UHCU offers, I can use them as my normal bank and I can deposit, withdraw, get checks, etc. This location had plenty of drive thru bays and the service was quick as usual. -

This is my FAVORITE UHCU location. Peeps are always friendly. They have bucked the trend of other UHCU branches by having real tellers instead of the pneumatic tubes and video screens.Rarely a line and free popcorn on fridays. (Lousy coffee always available) -

I love united heritage I have been banking with them for the last 8 years I always go to the round rock location but I gave this location a try and all the staff is nice very polite only downside is the way they have the bank parking lot set up and the entrance and exits its confusing they have their sign for the building in between their business and another which gives you the impression you can turn into either one because they are connected no this is not the case the other business is completely separate forcing you to turn around get back out onto mopac and turn into the next turn in its not a crazy big deal but just very confusing maybe add some more signs saying this is your turn in. Besides that great location. -
