Ive been a member of UHCU for several years now, but only recently had I decided to use their drive through physical cash deposit feature. I had been having a rough day, and had arrived at the bank just past 5 oclock, which had only added to my frustration. To my relief, the lovely woman behind the kiosk was not only very helpful explaining the process to me, but she also surprised me with a coupon that took off a $60 overcharge on my account. I didnt get her name, but she turned a bad day into a good one and I wont forget that. I look forward to being a continued UHCU member if this is the quality of service they continue to provide. Had some small glitch in my vehicle loan payment set up where it pulled payment early when I had already allocated those funds for bills. UHCU stepped up in a huge way to make sure that there was enough funds in my account to keep me from overdraft fees. Extremely pleased with the level of customer service here. You just cant get that from any of the big banks.

I 100% agree. They take no time at getting to know you by name and face. They make every single transaction so simple. My daughters bank at Wells Fargo. When I make a deposit into their account, they almost ask for blood.. Thats how hard it is to do business with Wells Fargo. UHCU and the people make it so easy!

Within less than a year everyone at this bank has taken the time to remember who I am and care about my interest. They slashed rates on an auto loan refinance, gave me a personal loan when I needed it and advice every time I come into the branch. I wouldnt bank anywhere else in Texas! This credit union is one of the best in this area. They are welcoming, helpful, accommodative, efficient, neat. Ample parking. We like banking here.
