Our overall experience with UHM was great. The availability of our loan agent to answer questions and explain anything that may not have been clear was impeccable. The experience was definitely customized to our needs. I would highly recommend using the UHM app as it displays the status of where you are in the loan process and all documents can be easily uploaded from any device.

Union Home made our buying experience the least stressful experience ever. After dealing with another loan office and being lied to and given the run around for over a year, Tina was recommended to us. Within 5 minutes of talking to Tina we knew more about home loans than we did in the entire year with the other place. We used a VA loan which is more picky than most other loans and Tina and her team never skipped a beat with making sure all the requirements were met in a timely manner! We actually were able to close early due to their hard work! Lacy was so kind to us and so patient. We are so thankful for the experience of working with them! They definitely know their stuff and want you to get what you want. It’s not about a paycheck for them! It’s about making your dream a reality and they did not disappoint!
