Gina is great for a first time home buyer and a repeat buyer. She knows the area as well, so that was a huge benefit. She is well connected to local folks, so she brings so much more into the process than just hard numbers. She was great at explaining numbers, staying tuned in, communications during holidays, and attending my closing. Was a personal transaction - not just by emails. She cares. 10 out of 10 rusty and his team were able to make us feel welcomed and put at ease all of our first time buyer jitters. From the get go they were upfront about everything even the costs and they explained where every single cent went and why. From that first phone call consult to the closing table they were there every step of the way and didn’t mind answering our first time homebuyer questions no matter how obvious or simple they seemed and no matter the time. Going forward they even let us know that they are just a phone call away and that the customer service doesn’t stop at closing. Coming from another well known lender (not going to say) Rusty and his team at UHM made us believe it was possible for us to get into a home even with how crazy rates and everything are right now and lo and behold we got into our forever home thanks to them.
