Amber was amazing and extremely personable. She closed the gaps between my family and underwriting seamlessly. I could not ask for a better duo to get my family and I into our first home. Katie and Stacy were absolutely wonderful to work with! They communicated every step of the way and stayed extremely positive and motivated. I worked with them for both my initial mortgage and my refinance of my very first home and I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I had so many questions and they answered every single one of them. Even though this process can be stressful, they reassured me and got the job done. They even pointed out Veterans benefits that I was not aware of and helped secure my mom’s condo purchase as well! I trust them and Union Home Mortgage with both mine and my family’s mortgage needs and highly recommend them to anyone buying a home!

My realtor told me that Bobby Adams would make it happen for me. I had a cheaper rate with my works credit union but Im so glad i went with UHM. They were able to navigate the complexities that arose during closing in a way i know my credit union wouldnt have. Bobby was always there when i called and keeping me up to speed for where i needed to be during the process. Bobby went above and beyond in helping me secure insurance when some previous insurance issues almost kept me from getting insured. When insurance came back much higher than expected Bobby knew how to help me make sure the numbers worked. I shopped around alot for rates and I know there is a strong possibility i would have lost the house if not for having Bobby and UHM supporting me during the closing process. Also the hybrid closing was a breeze, only took me thirty minutes to close on the day of.
