Brad and Laura were communicating clearly at each step. They were getting back to me at a timely manner and explained things to me at my level of understanding.This wasn’t my first property that l have purchased but the processing of this loan with UHM was smoother and more secure. I loved their myUHM app that actually made me know which steps the loan processing was and that really calmed me down as it was very formative.The entire UHM staff is professional and their customer services are amazing
