Our overall experience with UHM was far and away the best I have had with any lender in my history of home purchases since 1988, and now 5 homes. The use of technology certainly made things easier to get documents to and fro, and Lori went the extra mile to make sure we got the very best deal available to us, she communicated often and clearly, and she was always available! Ive used UHM (Lori specifically) for 2 purchases and 2 refis. I would not consider going any other place. She is impeccable at her ability to explain things on my level and always very knowledgeable in working on how to help small business owners with financing (which can be very challenging and frustrating at times.) You will not go wrong with your decision to use UHM on your next home purchase.

Shad Marshall is the absolute best! He worked with us from before even making an offer to after closing. He and Winston never left us guessing what step of the process we were in and made sure everything was in order. I didnt know buying a home in 2023 could be affordable for me, but Shad showed us that it was possible and made the process less anxiety ridden and actually enjoyable. I cannot recommend Shad at UHM enough.
