COVID UPDATE: this location has been very easy to work with during this trying time. I was able to make an appointment with my financial planner, and excellent COVID precautions were in place. You are also able to make appointments with other bankers for issues that cannot be handled online or over the phone. You will feel very safe in the office.I have been a TWCU member for more than 20 years. Ive had good service both in AZ and TX. I have a variety of accounts with them from savings, line of credit, to IRA. I do all of my money transactions with this credit union. The individuals who work at this branch are wonderful. They are always so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. They never push services on me. They genuinely seem to be happy to be at work, which is nice to see in todays world. I recommend TWCU and I highly recommend visiting this branch should you need to interact with someone in person.

I just move here and I have gone into this branch several times. Always greeted with a smile! Everyone I have encountered here is really nice. I especially like Monique! She is a member service rep. She did a great job helping me open my account and do many additional services with my new account. Monique is very sweet and we talked like we were good friends which I appreciate! The only reason I am not giving this branch all 5 stars is because usually going in I have to expect to spend more time there than I would prefer. I look forward to continue to using this branch for all my banking needs! Thank you Truwest! Youre the best!

This is a newer branch that I frequent if I am on the north side of town. Great folks are everywhere in this company! Most recently I had the pleasure of working with Monique who helped me process a personal signature loan. Give this woman a raise or treat her to a nice lunch because she was very approachable, kind and helpful! If you havent signed up with TruWest yet you need to, you wont regret it!

We opened a savings account for our child. From the moment we started the process until they provided a kids special account card (which it did not take too long), they were amazing. Their staff is so friendly and professional, specially with children. TruWest CU is a great place to start or expand your checking or savings accounts.

Ive been doing business with TruWest for several years now, and recently I was reminded why I keep coming back. I worked with Monique Vincent to secure an auto loan, and all I can say is that this woman deserves a raise and/or a promotion! She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and she made the entire process really easy. We hit a few snags due to the fact that I wanted to buy a car out of town on a Saturday morning, and Monique went above and beyond the call of duty. She called the dealership on my behalf, and made sure that the transaction would go smoothly. I came home with my dream car thanks to Monique and TruWest. As always, the payment terms and interest rate are incredibly fair. If you are looking for any kind of financing, give these guys a look first! You will not regret it, and it will save you time.

Wonderful credit union! I was referred to this credit union by my parents and we both got a $50 deposit in our accounts. They truly care for their members and have holiday treats when you go into the building.

The staff at this location were super nice and helpful. When I had a situation with my card, two employees were dedicated to helping me, it made the experience a lot better. They are super knowledgeable and also very fast working. They are also awesome because they give candy!
