    We used True Path Loans when we purchased our first home in Irvine in 2021. Going through the home purchase and loan application process can be stressful in the best of times, especially so for first time buyers.However, Adrian and Melanie worked with us throughout the entire process and I was surprised and impressed with how painless it ended up being. Responses were always lightning quick, and they were always willing to explain documents and procedures we werent familiar with over the phone or via email. Everything was also electronic, which was a huge plus.All in all, I really have no complaints with them. I would recommend them to others, and if we ever decide to upgrade to a bigger home in the area we plan to go with True Path again.

    True Path Loans has been a God-send for my refi. I was very skeptical because I was not familiar with this company and almost trust no one these days, as services across all industries have just seem to decline. But everything they promised, they delivered upon…and some. The process was super smooth. I also appreciated that they were very available for any questions that I had. I am happy to say that I received a great rate and was able to shave off 7 years as I went from 3 years into a 30 yr, down to a 20 yr.with my house note only increasing by a few dollars and having to bring nothing to closing.     True Path is who I chose to work with on my first home purchase. I had no idea of the process or complexities of home buying therefore I needed a lot of guidance. I worked directly with Adrian, Daniella, and Melanie all of whom are exceptionally knowledgeable. My experience was not only extremely positive but very educational. The team is remarkably responsive and communicative. Within the first week I locked into a good rate with a lender however interest rates continued to drop while I was in escrow. Adrian went above and beyond because he kept watching the market and he found a lender with a lower rate. I ended up switching lenders. That right there cut my monthly payments and lowered my closing costs. If you are looking for a broker who puts clients first that is a prime example.     I was introduced to Adrian from true path loans by my realtor about 2 years ago. He helped me refinance my condo, and I was very happy with the rate and all the services he gave me.     We dealt with Daniela at True Path Loan, who was so professional, attentive, returned our emails/messages quickly, and patiently answered all our questions while explaining to us the entire loan process. She also provided us with very insightful and helpful advice on how to get a better loan amount and rate, which other previous loan agents/officers we dealt with did not do for us. Most of all, she was very realistic with providing projected numbers whereas other agents told us whatever we wanted to hear in order to obatin our business but then did not live up to their promises. She really made the preapproval process smooth and easy by reviewing our qualifications and letting us know what else we could submit to help with our loan application. I could tell she is extremely knowledgeable in the loan application process, unlike other loan agents elsewhere who were clueless about other ways we could better qualify for our loan.     Long story short, don’t hesitate to work with True Path Loans.Long story long, my husband and I had a great experience working with Adrian and his team! We struggled to find the right realtor, but the second we started working with Adrian, we knew we didn’t have to worry about a lender. We were originally going to work with our first realtor’s lender but my brother recommended Adrian and said to just give him a shot and see how he compares. I believe he had us pre-approved within a couple hours and immediately provided us with our different options. This was light years quicker than the other lender we were working with. Good communication is my number one requirement in working with someone and I was impressed with Adrian’s!Adrian also always provided us with all the information we needed to know. We are first time home owners, so the whole process was new to us. Adrian answered our questions before we even had to ask them. For the first house we put an offer on, he actually provided us with more details about the house than our (first) realtor had. He’s been so helpful!We were trying to buy a house for about a year and a half, during a pandemic. We put offers on 4 houses before finally getting accepted. During that stressful time, we were to happy to have a lender we knew we could fully trust.     Adrian was our mortgage broker for our recent home purchase. He was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend him. Not only is he knowledgeable, professional and patient when answering our questions, he was able to have the loan ready to fund in just over a week and we ended up closing escrow a full week early! Home buying can be a stressful time, but Adrian was able to alleviate our stresses with his constant availability when we needed something, his communication and his experience in the industry. When we told our realtor we were going to use our own mortgage broker and not someone she referred she was skeptical letting us know that she has never, in her 25+ years of experience, had a mortgage broker close on time.     The people we dealt with at True Path Loans were extremely knowledgeable. I always have a ton of questions, more than the normal person and they took the time to break everything down to explain all of the details for us and also what options we had. The refi took less than 3 weeks and we got an amazing rate. With a refi there is tons of paperwork and they made it easy to provide the documents and also keep track of what was due and what was already submitted. Our Loan Officer was Joe and he was always available for questions and I would highly recommend him and the company if you’re looking to save some cash with a good rate.

Days before closing, the lender they buyers had been working with came back with bad news that we needed an additional 3 weeks to re-process the loan and close. Before sharing the bad news with the seller, I recommended by buyer speak with Andrian to see if he could help and close faster. He was able to process the loan in 7 days and we only needed to extend the close of escrow by about 3 days. If we didnt have his help, my client could have lost the house they were so excited to buy.Adrian thinks outside of the box, answers his phone, and does anything he can to make it happen.
