The team at Security National Mortgage Company are professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They take you through each step of the purchasing or refinancing of a property (that of which I did both in the past month) with ease and confidence. SNMC was great. My refinance journey started almost a year ago, with failed attempts to get this taken care of. 2 other lending institutions did not have the engagement and experience to handle self-employment information. Team Troy was hyper responsive, engaged and thoughtful in their approach to handling a few kinks in the process. I was allowed to tell my story in a way that moved beyond the standard paper trail, that 2 other lenders were blind to. I highly recommend you call Team Troy for all you lending needs.

Troy is awesome! Since the beginning of the process he has been so helpful and reassuring. We were worried about a few hiccups in our application process and Troy has made things go so smoothly and answered all of our what-ifs and concerns. On top of all that, his fees are substatially lower than other lenders. I recommend him to everyone I come across that needs a good lender or even a second opinion about their current loan offer
