    FIVE STAR SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!! After a very frustrating experience with another lender, Alec Barainca with Triumph Lending was a true Godsend! He got us approved within a short timeline AND saved us over $7000 in closing fees! He was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. All of his communication, oral and written, was clear and concise. He was always available to answer our questions. Dealing with our relatively unique situation, Alec demonstrated true commitment and determination. Having access to in-house underwriting, he was able to offer a program that was not available elsewhere. And he couldnt be nicer!     Triumph lending made this process very simple for us as first time homebuyers. When we first called James we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into at first. He was very nice on the phone and explained a lot about this process. We weren’t ready at that time to buy a house but he was still very nice to us on the phone and gave us his time and advice. A few months later he set us up with our loan officer Andy who was incredibly helpful through the whole process and answered every question we had with no complaint. I also want to say our loan processor Helen was amazing as well. They both worked so hard to get our loan approved. I would recommend triumph lending to anyone looking to get a home loan.     David Fisher was hands down the best loan officer I have ever worked with. This was the largest purchase and move my family and I have done and was hands down the smoothest. A lot of that was due to the work from David and Triumph Lending. They were clear, quick, straight forward and offered great advice through out our purchase process. If I could give David and Triumph more than 5 stars I would.

    As a builder I see many lenders that come through the door with my buyers, majority of them are ok but none of them have impressed me more than Triumph Lending . Their fast and honest service are what sets them apart. No one can touch their rates and fees … I have seen many and they are the cheapest in town by far! ! They are my go to lender that I personally use. Highly recommend them for your future purchase!!

They are always on time, and their communication is excellent which is crucial during a transaction. They are always quick to respond on even weekends, no matter the day or time!!!     It was such a pleasure to work with Steve. Although we ended up going with the builders preferred lender, due to incentives that were being offered, Steve was very helpful along the way. Steve was very prompt and knowledgeable in all his responses to my questions. He always reached out to keep us updated on the interest rates and always followed up periodically. He also offered valuable advise, because the home buying process can be very tedious. We were really bummed that we couldnt use Triumph Lending in the end. I mostly appreciated Steves honesty, and his willingness to still be a resource in our home buying process even though we went with another lender. After we showed Steve the other lenders loan estimate he suggested we go with them because they were offering a good rate. Its not too many honest people in this world especially in the business world. Steve also noticed some details that needed to be changed in the loan estimate from the other lender that I would of never noticed. I would definitely recommend Network Funding, you wouldnt be disappointed!

    I very recently worked with Triumph Lending to purchase my first home. I was recommended by my realtor. My loan officer was Steve Castaneda. He and his assistant Phillip were incredibly, professional, honest, and patient with me and my many questions. We were actually able to close early even though were in the middle of a global pandemic. I went into this process feeling very nervous because Ive never done this before, but now I can only hope that my future home buying experiences are like this one. Im really happy I used them! Im only disappointed that I couldnt shake their hand. Definitely recommend!

    Triumph is by far the best mortgage company I have dealt with. I have used them for a purchase of a new home and in a recent refinance. They will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied.     A home loan is a long term commitment so it is important for me to make sure I am getting the best rates and to minimizing the additional overhead included in my closing costs. I extensively researched and shopped for the best rates and lowest closing costs to find Triumph Lending offered the lowest in all areas (no competition).After a brief preliminary call with Mark Labouchardiere, I immediately switched from my chosen mortgage lender with only 3 weeks left to close. Mark assured me of the lowest rate and he kept true to his statements by also saving me over $6K in closing costs and saving me a few hundreds of dollars on my monthly payments. The other lenders offerings did not compare. For all concerns, he was readily available to answer all calls directly and Miguel was always sure to follow up where needed. The team worked fast to make sure my loan was closed within the limited time frame. I would highly recommend working with this team to get the best loan to meet your particular needs.

    From day one Bob at Triumph Lending did a great job of explaining/communicating all the associated costs and fees. He was very clear about timelines with which documents needed to be submitted. There were no issues with the underwriting process and everything was painless. Furthermore they had some of the best rates and lowest fees.

    I thought applying for a loan would be a super crazy, intense process, but with triumph lending, it wasnt hard. heres my experience with them:1. I submitted my info on lending tree on july 15th, was bombarded with a million phone calls, texts, and emails from many lenders, and then I got a call from Peter. He was the friendliest out of all of them, and even though he wasnt the cheapest, I decided to go with them because he was nice and local. (and he wasnt intense or pushy like some of the other lenders) He also said my closing day of August 12th (less than a month later) wouldnt be a problem. Lots of lenders say that to get your business, and then they cant finish in time, and your closing day is postponed. part of the reason i chose triumph lending instead of a big bank is because i knew they could get it done on time. plus they had great reviews.2. I submitted my application online the next day. it was surprisingly easy. the best part was the online portal through simpl. they have a dashboard with a to-do list that you can check every day for updates, and theyll let you know what they need from you, like your paystubs, scans of your ID, tax returns, etc. uploading everything was pretty easy. about halfway through, there was a glitch and i couldnt upload stuff, but then that glitch was resolved.3. My absolute favorite part is that I had Peters cell phone number, so i could text him. That is a huge deal for me, because i hate calling people and getting their answering machine, and im always afraid im bugging them or interrupting something, so texting is perfect because they can respond at their convenience, and i can text after business hours. its incredibly convenient because i didnt have to wait till business hours to call in for every little question. texting peter made it super easy to get my questions answered quickly day and night. he was great at responding right away.4. they make it really easy on you when youre signing the paperwork. you sign pretty much everything electronically. there are only 2-3 things you have to ink sign, scan, upload.5. Peter let us lock in a low rate, and he offered good advice about waiting till the end of july, just in case he could get us a lower rate. it ended up not being lower, but its all good. still got a super low rate.6. I am very impressed that they were able to close in such a short amount of time. i even threw them a curveball by telling them last minute (7 days before closing) that my parents would be contributing $9000 towards my down payment (which required extra paperwork) and they were like no problem! they sent me the form for my mom to sign right away, and i got the rest of the paperwork back to them about 5 days before closing, and they were still able to get the underwriters to squeeze it in last-minute. i really appreciated that.7. all in all, i think the biggest positives about this company is that they respond quickly and they can process everything super fast, which makes it worth it to me to pay a slightly higher lenders origination fee (it was about $500 more than B of A). so if you wanna close quickly, this lender is great. start to finish, it took about 21 days to get final approval. (it probably wouldve been shorter but sometimes i took too long to get them the docs they needed). so yeah 10/10 would recommend. thank you, triumph lending.Shoutout to Peter and Alina for being awesome and helping us get the funding for our house so quickly! you guys rock!

    Originally was going thru loan process with large conventional bank. So, glad that I called Waseem Bari. He reached out to me originally, but I did not follow up originally. He was fantastic.
