First of all, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Trisha McIntire, my wife and I were First time home buyers and she helped us get through this whole process extremely fast and was always available to address any concerns or questions either of us had, I highly recommend using her and the Fairway Mortgage team if youre looking to purchase a home. That being said we closed on our home in 30 days (WOW I know) I said the same thing, and I do not have excellent credit mid 6 range, but Trisha worked her magic and everything worked out 🙏. I NEVER leave reviews (weve all heard that before) but honestly this definitely deserves one after all I am a home owner now thanks to them. Another major plus was everything was able to be electronically signed and submitted minus closing day which was very convenient given my work. I could go on but Ill end this with a simple give them a shot you wont be disappointed 😀. God is Good 🙏 🙌
