On top of that, he was very responsive and kept the whole loan application process fun. (Yep, you read that right.) Jose Ramon was the loan officer we worked with, and he guided us greatly every step of the way. He secured a rate lower by more than a full point over our previous loan rate, and helped us transition without any out-of-pocket expense. Every step of the process went smoothly and there were no issues along the way - which is of a great benefit to anyone going through any type of mortgage decision. This Meeting Was completely Gods work and Brian Warren Walked me through and held my hand from DAY ONE. We all know buying a home especially your first which was my situation can be very intimidating but because of Brian he made it all very easy and broke it down while explaining each step in great detail and bit size pieces. My first meeting was because I heard he was a specialist in working with people and helping to create a 6-24 month game plan to be able to buy a Home. That was what I was planning to do and for me 6 months to 12 months is what I was aiming for. Brian actually got me approved immediately after submitting my required documents which he held my hand on coming up with. I was blown away and never thought that I would be able to move forward so quickly. On top of that He was able to get me a rate of 2.65%. I closed yesterday December 15th 2020 and after shopping for about 4-5 weeks for the perfect Home he worked his magic to get me all wrapped up with not a single hiccup in less then 30 days. Brian has become more than just my Lender and is now someone I am blessed to say is a close friend not because of his abilities in the Mortgage industry but because of his character and Beliefs. He is a Mentor for me in many aspects of my life now and we will continue to grow this business and personal friendship for years to come. I would absolutely recommend Brain Warren and all of his team that made this come to fruition to everyone I come in contact with and words can not say enough as to how grateful I am and the special skillset they all have.
