He and his team did a very quick turnaround on my home loan and were with me every step of the way, guiding my wife and I through the process.     Daniel made our First Home Purchase effortless! He handled so much on our behalf, I figured there was nothing really to it (until we started to review all of the documents he prepared). Daniel demonstrated extensive knowledge of his field and really helped us understand everything as first-time buyers. He both called us routinely to check-in, as well as took calls from us often, whenever we had questions for him. He was present every step of the way and moved quickly!     What a great company to deal with! We had a challenging process to get our home and everyone at Trinity Oaks was so professional and efficient! Daniel started everything with us and was communicative with us to the day of the loan funding after closing. Very patient and helpful! Kori ( loan partner) and Peggy (our processor) worked very hard making sure that we had all the right documents and were not blindsided with anything! This team was fantastic and made calls and sent emails up to 9 PM to make sure that the urgency we conveyed to them was met! They went above and beyond! This is one of the most important skill a borrower can benefit from the mortgage loan office to get the competitive rate.Daniel is super responsive to queries and is always available. He works with you throughout the loan process and explains every single detail about the gotchas and helped us. Also he is very diligent in highlighting the various online scams that happens in todays world one could be trapped into. He is a loan office who really cares about the borrower and following his advise ensures the loan process is smooth.     Update: The original post below was about 6 weeks ago, January 20th or so. I just want everyone to know that Trinity oaks did correct their error with my MCC and did refund me the monies I paid them for that certificate. Even though it was a processing error on their end, it did have something to do with the sellers realtor too! Many mortgage companies would probably not be this giving. They did everything in their power to correct the issue and did end up getting my certificate filed properly! I thank you all so much for correcting this matter and I would do business with them cagsin! May God bless Trinity Oaks Mortgage!First, they questioned every last transaction in my account history. Wanted amounts under 500$ verified and letters written for. Then, at closing, they left out one of the papers I needed to get a mcc credit I paid almost 2k for. They noticed the mistake three months later and did not notify me that the mistake was made. 6 months after closing, as I prepare to file my taxes, I notice the MCC is in my closing list but not actual certificate was an any of the paperwork they gave me (which you need to file the mcc). When I called, I was avoided. It took the underwriting manager to finally adjust the mistake to me, tell me they knew it a long time ago, and just hadn’t done anything about it because I didn’t know. They probably hoped I’d never find out. Sad. Quick to take your money but can’t even correct mistakes properly. Be careful with these guys. It’s obvious they are new to financing mortgages and need some help. If your only job is to process paperwork, how do you forget paperwork for something a customer purchased through you! And then notice and not say a word. USE ANOTHER LENDER. They were worrisome anyway!
