I had the pleasure of engaging with Travis when purchasing a home in the summer of 2023. The most important things I looked for in a lender and its representative were competitive terms, knowledge, and responsiveness. Travis and Susser hit the mark on all three. I would have no hesitation in calling Travis again for a new home purchase or refinance. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough in his explanation and gets back to you VERY quickly if you call or email him. He makes you feel like youre working with a true partner.

Travis Downs is top notch! We will never use anyone else for any home purchases ever again. We were out of state and I called Travis as he was recommended by our son. He called me back within the hour and had us a pre approval within 12 hours. We had a time constraint since we were forced out of our home within 60 days. Travis was available to answer questions we had and so very helpful any time we needed answers. Trying to do all we needed from another state to move to Texas isn’t easy but Travis made things so smooth. We are beyond thankful for someone who really cares and worked so efficiently and kindly and helped us have a home to go to! Thank you Travis. You truly are amazing!
