My husband and I just finished the process of buying a new home and Tracy was our mortgage advisor with Benchmark Mortgage. We have previously purchased 2 other homes without Tracy’s help and I can tell you that we will never choose to work with someone else again. Tracy is attentive, informative and truly knowledgeable. She was able to explain concepts that were new or unfamiliar in a way we understood. She is communicative via email, phone or even with personalized videos via YouTube so that you are never left wondering about a scenario that will work for you and your financial situation. We met Tracy on a Sunday night, over the phone. We needed a loan pre-approval letter by noon the next day (3 business hours). Did that happen? Of course! Because Tracy and her team are amazing! This was our first time working with a mortgage broker and I highly recommend it. Rather than getting locked into a single bank’s products and rates, Tracy shopped 30 banks for us. She did a 24-month analysis, monthly cost projections, and more. We are confident that we did so much better rate and terms wise than we could have done on our own. Thank you to Tracy and her team! Tracy and her team went way above expectations and played a uniquely vital role in our getting into the home we ended up with. She had lots of solid advice and knew how to make the numbers work when things were looking bleak. Not only that, she was an integral part in getting us in our home in 10 days, contract to close, which took tireless effort on her part. She worked with my realtor and the title company to keep things moving and to make sure everyone was in the loop and that there were no delays. And, her services dont end at closing. Shes keeping track of my account to help us when the appraisal comes in the spring because there are potential complications with tax rates that can arise from having a new home built where an old home existed previously. And shell help us track our homes value over the years and with refinancing when the economy improves. Thank you, Tracy! You are absolutely amazing!

We were considering the process of refinancing a second home loan. We werent in need of a realtor for the refinancing, but was referred to Tracy Walden of Great Western Loans through a realtor. We reached out to Tracy and an immediate response was provided. Tracy first called and reached back out to us, asking about our specifics, and the rest of the refinancing process was from the comfort of our home, literally! Living in a remote area, away from their offices, it was a relief to know the application process could all be done electronically, communicating through email, all the way down to sending a notary to our location for the final signing of all of the documents. Each of Tracys staff was very knowledgeable of each step of the process as well. Communication was constant and we were never left with what next.
