    I worked with the amazing Maegan Gore in San Antonio. I havent closed yet, but Im confident enough that its time to give this lady her 5 stars. I have to give her a special title, shes a concierge lender. She has kept me sane through the circus that has been my new construction buy.She has a person for every need and let me tell you, she hasnt outright told me, but Im pretty sure she is following up with all the people to make everything as smooth as she can make it for me. She has met us at times and places (even the new build!) That were convenient for us just to answer questions and have a little state of the loan meeting.The application system and process were unbelievably easy as well. She also got us same or better rates than what others were quoting us.Ive had what I feel is retaliation from builder for not using their preferred lender but Im completely and beyond satisfied with Maegan. The level of customer service she provides far outweighs any minor (when youre looking at a mortgage, it really is minor) savings they offer for using their preferred lender. Shes ethical, explains everything in a way that is easily understood and without making you feel silly for asking. She really is your friend in mortgage and I fully recommend talking with her before you get stuck with someone whos only there for the money.

    First off, big shout out to Matt McDaniel with Total Lending Concepts. He made the process very enjoyable and easy to understand. Matt had me preapproved for a VA Home Loan same day, and for MORE than USAA could approve me for. Once I found a house, and had everything locked in price wise Matt and his team had me fully approved for the home loan 2-3 days later. I couldnt be happier with how easy the process was. Any and all questions I had were answered correctly, and quickly by Matt. With 16 years in the home loan business, its not surprise that Matt was able to make the entire process flow smoothly.For all of my active duty/veterans also keep in mind that Matt is extremely knowledgeable with the VA loan process. He can answer any questions you have regarding the VA loan so that you better understand the loan and all of its benefits!Also, using Matt and TLC for my home loan had added benefits. For one, they paid for my home appraisal. The whole process was quite pricey with inspections, deposits, etc that them paying for the appraisal was a nice added bonus. Another benefit was that Matt was super knowledgeable with so much more than just home loans. He was able to explain my contract to me quite well, and even was able to answer questions in regards to VA loans and certain aspects of the home inspection.All in all, if youre in the market for a home and need a person to make the loan process as easy and smooth as it can get use Matt McDaniel and TLC for nothing but full satisfaction.
