After all the bad experiences with the top knotch one lady we met on the day we signed an had to meet at the house with our realtor her name was Tiffany . I have to tell you that Tiffany is by far the most amazing best person we have worked with at top knotch she is the only person I will call an she always helps even though she is not in our area anymore she the best I will only call Tiffany moving forward because she seems to be the only one to help people even after she is not in our area anymore and Tiffany always does what she says she is gonna do that’s great customer service . She is kind polite and a very sweet person that makes sure stuff gets taken care of. As of the people we worked there was not kind or helpful an rude not happy with most who helped but Tiffany I have to brag she is the best employee of yours that we have came across we love her she is always so helpful thank you Tiffany your the best an deserve the 5 ⭐️ not anyone else we we’re blessed to have met Tiffany that’s for sure 🫶🙏 I recommend if you need help you ask for Tiffany she gets things done that no one else did I would recommend her to everyone if you have a problem if you need anything taken care of or fixed she is your girl 💕

We purchased our home through top notch and from the time we set foot inside of it, Tiffany has been right there for us. She was our go-to person. She has promptly responded to our requests, any questions, and any concerns. No matter what time of the day or night she was on it.Even after being in our home over a year Tiffany is still willing to answer questions and resolve issues the best way she can in her position. She does a lot and I dont think she gets thanked enough!!

We love our home, and our Ranch Hill community! Graham did an amazing job on keeping us update on everything! They made this process easy for us, we had an issue and Tiffany took care of it. We started out with Tara and Graham and Tiffany came along but it didn’t matter who we were dealing with because they were all knowledgeable about their job! When it was time to do our final walkthrough with Tiffany made sure that all of the things that needed to be fixed got done. She went through and spotted some things that we didn’t see and instead of brushing it off sh3 marked with the blue tape to make sure it was fixed. Top Notch is the builders you want to build your home! They don’t cut corners, and you can tell! We are excited to work with Tiffany for the remainder of our warranty.

After looking at so many houses, we stopped by Top Notch, and we loved them. The houses have great layouts and so many great options. Louis, Alex, and Tiffany were so helpful. We have been in our house for 9 months and still love our home. Very good overall. I was looking for a home with a specific price point in mind, within a 25-mile radius. I was lucky to find this Ranch Hill through Top Notch. Tiffany and Sheila have been great working and definitely made my first time buying a home smooth experience. Hello out there - of all many stressful things out there at present - one of them for sure, for many, is buying a house in this housing market. Top Notch Homes has made the process as smooth as possible, but you will always have things that come up, delays, and setbacks, but they do their best to stay on track. One of the people who has stood out for us is Tiffany, the service director, and Alex. They both took the time to conference call us and address all of our questions. Tiffany has done such an amazing job. I offered her a job with my company, and she politely declined. Lol. Just would be a great asset to any team and definitely cares about her customers.

We purchased a home from Top Notch Homes approximately 1 1/2 years ago. The purchase went great, and we have recommended several people to Top notch since. It was just not the sale, but the service after the sale as well. Tiffany and Oliver have provided assistance several times now, and all it took was an email to get the ball rolling or a phone call. I warranty has expired, but Tiffany still answers. We needed a routine home owner service and cauling the exterior windows, Tiffany was able to get me all the information i needed. Great people, great service. If youre looking for a manufacturered home, I would at least see what they can do for you.

We bought our home almost a year ago and words can not express the kindness and help Tiffany provided. We are almost up on our warranty but know Tiffany and Alex will always help if they can. We had a very unique situation and had nowhere to turn on a loan. Alex, Zac, and Tiffany put our minds at ease and helped us breathe a little and told us they would help. We left with a huge weight lifted off our shoulders. They also have great floor plans to choose from and are very reasonably priced. I highly highly recommend them. I have had amazing service from everyone at Top Notch. Tiffany the service manager has gone above and beyond for us over the last 1 1/2 years we have been in our house. Alex has always been a big help and the owner is really nice. I was saddened by some of these comments from people and some I am seeing are not even customers of Top Notch and that’s not fair because they have always taken care of us and our neighbors have no complaints either, but everyone has different experiences. I can say everyone should at least go visit Top Notch if you are in the market and decide for yourself. We have bought from them and so has my mother and sister. We love Ranch Hill. The experience I had with Top Notch started off great. Once we moved into the home is when the nightmare began. We experienced several issues such as leaks, broken decor, damaged floors and so forth which was all a quality control issue with Champion Homes. Pedro at Champion homes Burleson is the worst Operations Manager I have ever dealt with. He has refused to complete warranty work and has been extremely unprofessional. However, Top Notch started off rocky when we dealt we Kristen who is their Operations Manager and she Lied and dropped the ball on several occasions. I am giving this review 5 stars due to the absolute turnaround in professionalism and customer service we have received from Tiffany, Chris and Jabron. The work and dedication they put in to make things right regardless of who the responsibility fell upon was more than enough to show me they stand behind the customer and Tiffany is the all around MVP. She is selfless and focused on fostering a great image of her company and the services they provide. She fights for her clients and makes sure we have a voice and the proper support. We truly appreciate you Tiffany and Top Notch!

We have had a great experience with Top Notch and we have been in our home since Nov and they are still helping us. Tiffany came and did my final walk through and listened to all my concerns and got someone to come and fix everything on my list. But it did not stop there. Friday I texted Tiffany and explained to her that someone was trying to sell me home warranty. Tiffany called me immediately and advised me not to do that someone was trying to scam us. Tiffany will call or text just to check on us and make sure we are still doing good. Thank you Tiffany we appreciate you so much!

Top Notch Homes have excellent people working for them they all seem to really care about their customers. I worked especially close with Jibran, Zac, Tiffany and Kristen. They had extended people that I also worked with, from building on my porch, my septic, connections of water and electricity and my carport. They really listened to my vision and helped me make the right decisions for my home. I am still working with Tiffany for some follow ups on a couple of things, so they definitely do not just sell you the house and then forget about you!!! Very responsive!! Loved working with Top.Notch Homes! Went to another dealer and to make a long story short Zenaida and Alex were so helpful to get us out of an almost horrible decision. Tbey helped answer all of my questions (I had a lot) and walked me through choosing my beautiful home. We purchased a 2300 SF Champion Home called the Magnolia and put it on our 12 acres. We made several.customizations to the home too. They walked me through the steps of doing a home and land purchase. They also took care of septic, well and electric. House was just delivered in November so we are still working out some minor things but Tiffany is on it! She is nothing short of amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent customer service!! Answers every question we have and tries to get it done asap. She has been nothing but supportive, reassuring and professional. After your home is delivered she is the one you want! She has stayed in contact with manufacturer with things they need to take care.of and gets her team out here if its something they can do. The home was missing a couple things (like storm door, upgraded water heater for examples) and she has gotten right on it and ordered them for us. She really wants you to be happy with your new home. She takes the time to validate your concerns and understands. If you are looking to buy a manufactured home this is the place you want to go with. I brought them up to Oliver and he was on it. We had our first real rain fall in my town and experienced a leaky window. Oliver had his team come within 2 hours to seal it up and even followed up with a different team to inspect it and make any required repairs.Oliver would give me a weekly call reassuring us the workers would handle any issues we had with the home and they did!Overall, when people ask me for suggestions on manufactured homes, I always point them towards Top Notch Homes. Amazing experience. Our sales team member Zac was so helpful and knowledgeable, he helped my husband and I, who have never bought a modular/mobile home figure out exactly what we needed to do to prepare our site and what to expect financially. We shared pictures of our kids and families as we talked about what was important to our current needs in a home. We did not leave feeling pressured or sold, we left feeling prepared and informed. Very personable staff who genuinely care about helping you find a home that you love & are happy with. Any questions they dont know they research to get you answers. Any issues they are available day/ night, email or text. Zac met with us multiple times when we were in our researching phase and out of all of our experiences at different dealerships this was by far the best. Even after the sale, delivery & set up process was complete, Oliver continues to reach out to ensure we are satisfied, checking up on the repairs from our 30 day check list. He keeps us up to date & really goes above & beyond the call of duty. We were not just a sale, were Top Notch family now.

Excellent experience. We came in looking for information about how the process and pricing works, and Zac answered all of our questions with no pressure to run our credit or judgment. We came in with an idea of the home we want and he walked us through the exact floor model we were looking for, allowing us the time to visualize our concept we have in mind. He gave us a lot of great information and alleviated our concerns about time frame and financing. He also gave us a map of where the land is and suggested we go to look the area over for our ideal location for the future homestead. All in all a wonderful experience. This place is great. Mrs. Jorden worked with us on every step and question we had about the buying and designing process. After our house was delivered, Mr. Oliver stepped in and worked with us on completing the set-up, the walk through, and our 30 day list, which was a favorite feature of ours that other companies did not offer. As with all new homes, there were a few issues, but Oliver has been diligent about seeing thise items fixed for us. In my wifes and I opinion, the best company to buy from here in the northern DFW region. By far the best price and best customer service rolled into one place.
