Weve had a great experience purchasing our home with the help of Tony McDaniel. We had to change our financing company almost two weeks after signing the contract so needless to say we needed things to move quickly. Tony was amazing throughout the entire process and made it happen in time. Our loan was complicated, had every bit of we cant do that attached to it from other mortgage companies, but Tony with his crew @ Cherry Creek had solutions and nothing but YES for us. The title company was even impressed with what Cherry Creek and Tony were able to execute and they did with finite precision.
