    I wish I would have gone with Todd when I first bought our house-- he was super helpful in explaining EVERYTHING. I did my refinancing with Todd and though we had some hiccups in the process-- he did everything in his part to get it done!He is available almost 24/7!!! I think this def. made a difference for me.     The home buying process has become overly complicated and there just isnt any way you can buy or sell a home without something unexpected coming up. I dont review people/organizations based on what comes up but more on how they handle those bumps in the road.My wife and I both have credit scores in the high 700s and low 800s. The local mortgage company recommended by our realtor was friendly enough, but when it came to the loan they were only willing to give us the best rate if we provided a fee schedule from competitors to match. Whats the point of a good credit score if you dont put your best foot forward and offer the best rate up front?After less than 30 minutes talking with Todd he provided us a significantly better rate and never even asked what the competitor was offering. Todd called us several times a week to follow-up on our construction and loan progress (three month build). Todd was available day/night weekend and holiday to answer any questions that popped up along the way.When the under writer decided they wanted an appraisal ordered far too early in the build (one of those little things that sometimes pops up) Todd quickly applied a credit to offset the cost of having to re-appraise at the 90% completion mark.Todd always had an up-beat positive attitude and made the process as smooth as possible from his end. If you are looking for a mortgage lender I would highly recommend giving Todd a call. I trust that he saved us around $70,000 on our loan. Trust is huge with me and I have faith that I can send family and friends Todds way for further lending needs.

    Mortgages are terrifying, unless you are working with Todd. He completely puts you at ease and hold your hand every step of the way, which is something I definitely needed. He was always available to us and even answered my late night insomnia emails! More importantly (and fiscally responsible) he also gets you the best rates and works with your finances and preferences to make sure the loan you’re getting is the right fit for you. He doesn’t try to pressure you one way or another, just talks you through each option and provides his recommendations. It brings me secret satisfaction now to hear my friends talk about how they got stuck with a higher mortgage rate or had a nightmare closing because they didn’t shop around for a good lender. I can lord this over them forever.Aside from the ease of closing, the thing I also appreciated most during the home buying process was that Todd doesn’t talk “at you”, he actually breaks down the info into an understandable language without making you feel dumb for asking questions. There were other companies along the way that we dealt with that just kept saying “oh don’t worry about that, just trust us” without actually taking the time to explain anything or having done anything to earn our blind trust. Sometimes Ill call him at 2:00 a.m. and ask him what the rates are on a 720 credit, 30-yr, 10% down conventional and then start timing him for an answer.
