We recently closed a deal with him that was a VA loan, and we hit some snags that I truly believe many other lenders would have given up on. Fortunately, Todd knew ALL the rules governing VA loans and knew exactly how to handle the issues to get the file closed! He kept our client well-informed and communicated with us every step of the way, and even kept the realtor on the other side informed. Todd is truly God sent. I’m a veteran who could only dream of owning a home. I have been turned down 4 times before I was blessed with an angle. I just closed on my first house and it wouldn’t have been possible without Todd and his team. I was having a horror story experience with Lennar and their “preferred lender” and basically had to start over from scratch. One of my friends recommended Todd. If you have ever had that feeling of trusting to leaving it all in one persons hand, Todd and Tamica are the ones with that ability. I was pre-approved within a few hours and within a week I found a house. I kept thinking can it really be this simple ? All the stories of the stress of documents and the waiting game I wasn’t experiencing this , Was something missing? They communicated with me on a consistent basis and always responded right away with text or email. Todd was at my closing and I would highly recommend doing business with him , my closing was done in about 30 mins. The way the world is these days it’s sometimes hard to find people who really care and that you can trust one of your largest investments in life and I will continue to refer and if I ever purchase again, Todd and Tamica are my team!
