Such an easy process using Gateway Mortgage with Todd Binkley and his wonderful family! They helped us understand everything we needed to do as first time home buyers that was very much needed. They were also always available for all the questions we had! (seriously I don’t know when they sleep!) Thank y’all so much for being so amazing!

Customer Service at its finest! Todd & Erika did an amazing job going above and beyond keeping my husband and I informed every step of the way. Our 3rd home purchase in 27 years of marriage and this by far was the easiest and most informative. Will send anyone I know there way for any home purchase or refinancing. Todd was ables to offer special VA Loans AND saved us A LOT of $$$$ for closing!

As a first time home buyer, the process can seem overwhelming; especially considering it will be one of the largest investments you will make over a significant period of time. Shortly after leaving the military, my family and I decided to put down roots in Texas. We decided that using the VA loan would be the best means to get into the property we wanted. Todd and his team are exceptionally versed in navigating the requirements for just about any situation, but because they are also veterans, they were especially suited to help me along the way. Todd and his team were very prompt in all communications, helped explain things in a way that anyone can understand, answered any questions we had, and worked around the close to get approval as fast as possible.
