Tim is absolutely amazing, he’s very knowledgeable and will take care of you! We went through Tim and Hometrust when we purchased our first home. The process was painless and he communicated every detail throughout the process. The level of experience and confidence he exudes, is what made us feel at ease. We then knew we were dealing with the best. He builds rapport with his clients, and that is what makes him different. You won’t regret using him.

Tim w/ Hometrust Mortgage Company comes highly recommended. He recently supported me and my wife through a refinance on our second home and they made this an easy and enjoyable experience. I was connected to Tim through a friend as I was having difficulty getting clear answers due to my current loan being a little out of the ordinary. After helping us to understand our situation with our current lender, Tim earned our business. I want to work with a lender who can educate me and ensure that I can make informed decisions. Furthermore, I want to work with an individual who is responsive and able to answer any questions when they arise. I truly appreciate the great work Tim and his team did.

Tim is the absolute best. I used him the first time around when I purchased my home and again when I refinanced. I honestly couldn’t recommend any other lender better than Tim and Hometrust. If you want someone who is efficient and precise then this is the way to go!
