James was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and sincere while working with my husband and I on a recent home purchase. He helped break down a lot of complicated funding details and paperwork in a very straightforward way so that we were comfortable with all the details of our funding. He helped navigate a tricky situation with an out of town seller, got us closed ahead of schedule and was always helpful in answering any questions I had, big or small.
