I was very fortunate to work with Shimene throughout the home buying process. She showed superior knowledge, commitment, and communication skills from start to finish. At a certain point in the buying process I became very nervous and uncertain, and I reached out to let Shimene know. Within a few minutes she was on the phone with me explaining everything that I was concerned about in detail and calming my nerves. She also made a point to let me know what I should expect as I went through this process and when to expect it.
