Closed on our home last week!!! I dont think there is enough space to describe my great experience with Three Rivers Lending. We selected TRL after hearing about their impressive reputation and reviews. It was an excellent choice on our part. Kurt, Michelle, and Liz were so friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive in helping us navigate the process to purchase our home. They promptly responded to each and every email and phone call that I had, provided guidance every step of the way, and successfully worked through the hurdles and snags that came to be in our transaction. In addition to providing their top-notch services, TRL worked with the best of service providers that come into play when buying a home (insurance, title company, etc.) I gained a lot of new friends. As a bonus, the entire process, up to and including Closing, took place within the confines of my home. My only regret is I didnt meet the TRL crew in person (but that may still happen). We will definitely use them for future needs. If you are looking to purchase or refinance, we recommend you give Three Rivers Lending a call. it may be the best decision you ever make.

We reached out to Kurt and Michelle back in March just to inquire about a mortgage. Now at this time I was convinced that we were a good year or two away from qualifying for a mortgage. The purpose of my call was really just to where we stood and what it would take for us to eventually receive a pre-approval. Surprisingly Kurt informed us that we qualified and were pre-approved. During the next several weeks Three Rivers walked us through each step including what we needed to do in order to receive the best possible interest rate. They made sure everything was quick and easy. After a short couple of months we put an offer in on a house and the homeowners accepted our offer. Our closing process took a little over a month. After all of Michelle’s (stress free) step by step coaching we closed on July 18th. I’m happy to announce that we’re officially home owners and all credit goes to Three Rivers Lending.
