Tom and I have worked together several times. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the products they offer, the logistics, pros/cons, etc. He is great to work with! Stays on top of everything, keeps everyone updated with the process before and while under contract and has an easy-to-understand way of explaining the mortgage process whether the client has purchased several homes in the past or if theyre a first time homebuyer.
