It was 29 years since we had purchased a new home and it was so scary and nerve wracking and she guided us calmly through the whole process of getting a loan and interest rate buy down. She always answered promptly any questions my husband had. I was so busy working it was a relief having her take care of everything, and if any information was needed I promptly received a notification from the Fairway app or an email, and I was able to sign documents electronically. Her videos explained every step of the process. I am just so appreciative of her alleviating all the stress and helping us buy our beautiful new home.

She made sure we were able to get financed without it taking every last dime we had. She made sure to let me know every step that we had to take, when we needed to take each step, and gave advice on the best things to do. Even after closing, she still stayed in touch to make sure everything was still going smoothly.

Katie Wells went more than above and beyond to help us get into our first home. We have been working with her for over a year. She coached us on how to build our credit and took us step by step until we were financially ready to get prequalified. Once we found a home that we loved and put in an offer, she made sure that we were well informed with all of our options. What really stood out was when one of the first time home buyer programs fell through in our loan. She took the initiative to find another program for us, become certified in that program, and did a manual underwriting process for us. All of this together got us into our new home. We are so grateful for her and her persistence. We could not have done this without her! 10/10 would recommend again and again!
