(Long process for us changing the home we were initially buying) he was also very professional but with a small town feel that made the experience like working with family. Carolyn ACTUALLY cares about the people she works for on purchasing a home. The love, knowledge, wisdom and attention to our needs and wants set her apart one in a million. She watched out for us on a personal level, from the heart, REALLY treated us like family and not just another loan. Carolyn Srabian is a straight shooter with no fluff, no lies and no gimmicks (and you can take that to the bank). After these last 8 months if she told me the sky was green and water was purple Id believe her. She took us from 512 credit scores and $0.00 in the bank to purchasing a $300k home in 8 MONTHS. Like Mama Mortgage (as weve come to affectionately call her) says, Beans and rice, rice and beans!
