Let me say that AMCAP was not my first choice because my realtor at the time said that Envoy was the best. Go to find out they were not the best and took all my information and never called me back. So when Envoy never called back I decided to call AMCAP (16000 Stuebner Airline Rd Spring, TX 77379) and talked to Gerry. Gerry took his time knowing I was not a client of his at the time and told me want I needed to do. Now to present day. I called AMCAP and Gerry, he set me up with is the nicest person to deal with in Sid.He told what I needed to get and where I needed to be and did it. His dedication, commitment and professionalism we were able to close in 30 days. If you really want to get it done and get it done correctly, I highly suggest AMCAP Mortgage (16000 Stuebner Airline Rd Spring, TX 77379) and ask for Gerry or Sid. Thank you guys!!!

I came across AMCAP in google and read all the reviews. Seems that everyone is very happy with your service. I have a question and hope someone from AMCAP can answer for me. We are looking into purchasing a home with a VA loan? The only issues is that our score is on the low 600s. I have been paying down on our credit card balances and paying a few collection items so that they can be removed from our credit. Im hoping that our credit can increase within the next month. Will it be possible to still get a VA loan 0 Down with low scores? Thank you

I would highly recommend AMCAP for ANYONE looking to buy a home. Gerry, Anna and the whole team were great to work with and guilded me through the whole process. Because of all of their hard work, dispite my complicated situation, they were able to get me into a VA loan with a great interest rate and did it in 40 days. They were able to get done what other mortgage companies couldnt and did it quickly. Anyone needing a loan needs to call AMCAP first and not waste time with anyone else!!! Where do I begin? Awesome experience from start to finish with my home loan process. I knew what was going on with my file at all times. My pre approval process was flawless because of the service provided by AMCAP. Travis was my loan originator and he made himself available via email text cell or office so when i needed to ask questions i received answers without having to wait a day or two for a response. But the office manager Ashley was freakin awesome! Whatever paperwork she needed for your file if i needed assistance she was extremely helpful. The entire staff kept me informed on every step and motivated because it is a stressful process but the AMCAP staff made the process bearable!

Before we started looking for a home, we had gone to one of the big bank mortgage departments to get pre-approved and to see how quickly they could close. They said they could do everything we asked for. As I started filling out the application, I asked the agent at the bank how long it would take for pre-approval. She said it would be 3-5 days before they even got to our application, even though she told us she would have us the letter in that time.I then searched for local brokers, and was very fortunate to find Gerry at AMCAP. He told me exactly what he could and could not do for us. He had my pre-approval letter ready in less than the 3-5 days the big bank said it would take to get started. Gerry told me exactly what he needed from me, when he needed it and he even got us closed 3 days early so we had a weekend to start moving.I would recommend Gerry to anyone looking for someone to simplify the process and not string you along like the big banks. Thank you Gerry for doing EXACTLY what you told us you would do!

As a Real Estate Broker, I know nothing impacts a buyers tranaction more than the loan process. I recently closed a very difficult transaction with Eddie Skinner and his team. Wow, the service was unbelievable. My client was forced to terminate an existing contract on Nov. 27th, the day before Thanksgiving. He had to be out of his current residence by Dec. 13th! I got the buyer under a new contract the same day we terminated the other, and Eddie was able to close this deal on Dec 9th! That was in only 7 working days! 7 days! And Eddie attended the closing!I can highly recommned Eddie to any potential buyer. He is honest, experienced, and his communication level with the agents and the clients is the best I have seen in the business. Hes also a lot of fun to work with!
