    This is the second time I have used NFM, the first was a home refi. Rodney and his team make the lending part of a new home the easiest. Also Rodney treats you as a friend or relative. He cares for you all the way through the process. Rodney called me to advise that we hold up on locking in a interest rate as he felt it was going down. I agreed and later he called and told me it had dropped and felt we should lock it in as it was going to go back up based on other factors. This shows that he and his team cares all the way through the process. When we were turned over to Alex to help us through the loan paperwork he was not only professional and knowledgeable but was absolutely wonderful to work with. All in all whether it is another refi or home buy Rodney and NFM will always be on top of my list

    Excellent as always!! Rodney and team are friendly, thorough and efficient. They dont waste your time like many other lenders. I went from application to close in just under 30 days for my refinance. I had spoken to a couple other well know lenders prior to calling Rodney, and they were quoting 60 to 90 days out at best. This is the 3rd time I have used Rodney and team for a purchase or refinance. I dont plan to ever recommend or use anyone else. I highly recommend Rodney and his team.

    Rodney and his whole team were very impressive! Our cash out refinance closed in under 30 days when other lenders said it would be a minimum of 90 days but closer to 120. They made the entire process painless and stress free. We are building a pool and outdoor room and now have the cash in hand to do so.     We have used Rodney Anderson about half a dozen times now for purchases or refinances. Each time the experience has been great but I will say that this time it was even better! Rodney has streamlined the entire process, including the appraisal and the closing. He has different teams who each specialize in an aspect of the process and they each do their part quickly and efficiently, but Rodney stays engaged throughout and would just call from time to time to see how things were going!I realize that this is a very competitive space in the Dallas market, but I truly do not believe that you could do better than going with Rodney!

    The people at Supreme Lending were just so friendly and easy to talk to. When I had questions, they were answered within hours if not minutes. This time round I tried to refi through the company I currently had my loan with but after waiting a week for them to get back, I put in a request with Supreme Lending and Rodney himself called me back later that day.     Ashlee Wyatt is a miracle worker. She was billed as the first time home buyer expert; well Im here to tell you she was all that & more! After being turned down by 4 other lenders for various reasons, my wife and I were at our wits end. Being resigned to renting another house (cant really do apartments with our 2 Pitbulls)I heard Rodneys spot on the Ben & Skin Show on 97.1 and figured Id give them a try. Even after all those hard credit inquiries Ashlee was able to navigate us through an odd situation to say the least. She fixed our credit, got our loan approved, & got us in our first home. She even fixed us up to get $650 back at closing! To say that Ashlee went above & beyond would be such an understatement! I know mine is a very limited scope of experience, but the way I see it: everyone else are hacks. Most notable are cross country mortgage, & rocket mortgage!
