We have closed several homes with Rob and his team. I have referred him too many friends over the years, who always report back the same. Rob is amazing! His team is amazing! Everything they touch turns out amazing. They knocked it out of the park for us this time! Record close with very little work on our part. His team is extremely detail oriented and takes every ounce of stress and guess out of the process. They appear effortless doing what is far from it. Clients for life!

We have now worked with Rob and his team twice. Both experiences were incredible and easy. They definitely took all the stress out of the whole process for us. They do all the work for you and make sure youre well informed of everything along the way. They do a great job going over everything to expect as well as walking you through every single document youre going to sign. Their communication is wonderful and I felt very valued during the whole process. The whole team is just amazing.The best part, in my opinion, is that I was made to feel like I was their sole focus (even though Im sure theyre all very busy). Rob even gave us recommendations for contractors/companies to help with our housing projects!! He also has given great tips on how to improve our credit and be more successful with our finances.I just cannot thank the team (Rob, Stacey, Kirk and Celeste) enough!

Rob and his team are absolutely incredible! As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn and they were incredibly responsive to our questions and helped explain them in a way that we could understand. There are a lot of steps in the process of buying a home and never once did we feel lost or in the dark. They have superior communication and are always readily available for anything you need. They were friendly, timely, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will recommend Rob and his team to all of our family and friends again and again!

If I could give Rob and his team 6 out of 5 stars, I would have. Mortgage application was the only part of the transaction that I was not worried about because I had full faith in Rob. His team was able to close the financing on my first house in record breaking time, so I called Rob first when it was time to buy a new house. The seller was very sensitive to any delay in the closing date but I had Rob on my side to provide assurance to the seller. He went above and beyond with every part of transaction and I relied on him constantly throughout the process. He made his self available day and night even when it was outside the scope of mortgage application.If you are looking for a Mortgage partner that will go above and beyond, provide the right strategy to minimize interest cost, close your mortgage application in record time and surpass your expectation in every way. Rob Ellis and his team is your best bet.

You truly go above and beyond when you elevate your service as a coach and mentor. You know the business and know it extremely well. You try to teach and share knowledge that you know is important to learn. Your communication is fantastic! You and your team stay engaged, proactive, detailed and timely on everything. I never felt like a burden when I had questions, and you were always there to provide clarity as needed. You partnered with my realtor and just did a fantastic job staying connected so we all could win.Im extremely excited to be in a home again and you really made this process as easy as possible. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER ROB ELLIS! STACEY CAMPBELL IS THE BEST!!! Rob Ellis is truly an amazing person and lender. He diligently took care of my loan, studied the market, and secured a great interest rate in this crazy market. He goes above and beyond to make sure that I understand each and every step of the home buying process. He thoroughly explains the financial aspects as well as gives advice on choosing the right home. Rob is a numbers guy that knows how break things down to make it easily understandable. This is my 3rd loan with him and he always does a superb job of finding ways to save me the most money! Rob and Stacey also closed my loan 2 weeks after I found a house, 2 weeks!! Stacey does an awesome job of quickly & accurately acquiring necessary information and processing my loan when time is of the essence! They also have a remote online notary that makes signing documents so convenient from my couch! Rob and Stacey make me feel like family and are truly a blessing to my own. I am definitely a client for life!

My husband and I were guided to Rob and his team by my parents as he has been their sole lender for 20 years. We came to Rob as people who needed a lot of work on our credit in order to be approved for a home loan - let alone even be considered. Hearing where I was on the credit scale was very defeating; we were freshly married and right out of college and me, with no credit history to go off of. Rob took us in and created a credit builder plan that was catered to each of us. How he went above and beyond is crazy to me - he took us in like we were his own and guided us through the step by step process that he created for us in order to build our credit - and then some! We started this process back in December 2022 with no hopes to be able to purchase a home in 2023. But low and behold - we followed his plan like it was a life-line and raised my credit by almost 100 points in 8 months. We closed on our first home before Christmas. He was one of the main people who helped make this dream happen! 100% would recommend!

The Rob Ellis Team (Rob, Stacey and Kirk!) took a very difficult set of circumstances for me (divorce, a recent return to the work force, self-employment , a home needing imporovements and large debts) and not only did they shoulder all the hard work through the road-blocks and make this easy for me, they secured my home for me and my children with this loan and improved my financial situation greatly! This is my second loan with Rob and I was able to lean on him with one of the most important decisions of my life and trust him to come through for me becaue I knew how well they had taken care of me 10 years ago when I re-financed to a 15 year mortgage. They are a different kind of lender for sure, they care about their clients and what is important to them. They will guide you through the process and coach you to make your best financial decisions. I am a first-time home buyer and had put two condos under contract. With the first contract, Rob & Caleb took the time to explain things throughly & the Ellis team was ready in lightening fashion to close, but we were unable to close due to issues on the seller’s end.With the second contract, I chose a new build condo. Financing a condo within itself is already a taxing undertaking, but this particular condo came with contingiences that would penalize me should closing finalize past a certain date. Caleb Callahan kept me well-informed, went out of his way to accomodate particular requests my family and I had, made me a priority when we ran across some difficult bumps in the road, and kept after the seller in the final hours of our closing to ensure I would not incur additional penalties. It has been quite the journey, but my family and I are extremely happy and dare I say we even had fun? We cannot thank Caleb & Rob enough for their communication, care, and diligence in making us happy clients. I highly recommend!
