On the eve of the 1-year anniversary of us moving into our home financed by the Raskin Team, it is a fitting time to look back and share our feedback.Without going into the nitty-gritty, it will suffice to say that Mark saved our bacon from a lending agreement gone bad with another bank. Where they could not meet their promises, Mark stepped in and put forth a herculean effort to pickup our mortgage request at a time when the market was very much not normal due to the pandemic being in full swing.Every step of the way, Mark was persistent and made sure we were doing our part to provide the necessary docs and info that they needed to stay on track. He was transparent about the uncertainty, but made clear that he had every confidence in his team to make it happen. After working for a real estate team, I knew getting pre-approval and being financially ready was the first step, so I started researching lenders. In addition to a company having good reviews and happy customers, the most critical elements were strong communication and being able to sign documents electronically. After reading many of the reviews for PrimeLending (Mark Raskin Team), I saw a pattern of what I was looking for and started our application. Within an hour of submitting it, Ryan gave me a call and spent over an hour going over everything and letting me know what to expect and what we needed to be ready to buy. From the start, I was already impressed because of the time he spent answering all of my questions. Throughout the following 8 months I kept him updated as we got closer to being ready and as soon as we were, he was quickly re-engaged and ready to answer questions. Making sure we understood the monthly financial commitment was something we triple checked along the way and Ryan was always happy to provide numbers for us.
