I’ve worked with phenomenal lenders throughout my career, but absolutely nobody else compares to Justin and his team. Right when I thought all great lenders were about the same, Justin blew my expectations out of the water.Prior to approving anyone, he educates them about the entire loan process, how buying a home will personally affect them and sets up a financial wellness plan for their future.Before a contract is even executed, he takes the time to send the listing agent a personal video about the buyers.Once we get under contract, it’s nothing but superb service and communication throughout, always closing ahead of schedule.Justin doesn’t stop caring for his clients after the loan closes. I can’t say enough about Justin and his team! I’ve worked on many deals in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex with him and his team and they are an absolute machine! First off, the Padron Team is hands down the best communicators I’ve ever encountered in my experience in the industry. They are extremely professional in everything they do and have helped navigate clients to make the best financial decisions whether it is buying a home or ultimately deciding against purchasing a home and making a move! I don’t have a ton of interest in working with any other lending team because the Padron team is hands down the best lender in the DFW!
