Very quick to respond and they have a website portal to upload all docs they need. They even hired a mobile notary to come to my house which made it very convenient for me and my 2 young children to sign all documents during closing instead of driving an hr to the title company. They even gave me a gift card to my favorite steakhouse which was very kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend.

My wife and I closed on our home in Allen, TX during the final days of January, 2021. Having moved from Minnesota in 2020, we didn’t know anyone locally in the mortgage business.
